Welcome to Idea Nuova. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Idea Nuova website, including its content, product information, features, and links (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Idea Nuova is a manufacturer, importer, and distributor of home furnishings and décor products. This website is hosted by Shopify and is designed to provide brand information, showcase selected products, and direct visitors to authorized third-party retailers.

2. Informational Website; No Direct Sales

Idea Nuova does not currently sell products, accept orders, process payments, or provide checkout through this website. Product links marked “Shop on Walmart” or similar wording direct you to Walmart’s website, where any purchase is made directly from the applicable retailer and is governed by that retailer’s terms, policies, pricing, availability, shipping, returns, and customer-service practices.

Idea Nuova is not responsible for processing, fulfilling, canceling, returning, or refunding purchases made through a third-party retailer. Please contact the retailer regarding any transaction-related issue.

3. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, images, specifications, and retailer links accurately. Actual colors and appearance may vary by display, photography, manufacturing variation, or retailer presentation. Product information, pricing, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Retailer information controls in the event of a discrepancy relating to a purchase.

The Services may contain links to Walmart, Shopify, and other third-party websites or services. These third parties operate independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not constitute a warranty or endorsement of the third party’s content, security, availability, or practices. You access third-party services at your own risk.

We are not obligated to keep unsolicited submissions confidential or provide compensation.
